Count the number of squares of side 1 cm that can be arranged along its length and width. Then, find altogether how many squares can be arranged on it.
Count the square.
First, calculate the area of a rectangle.
Find other sides of rectangles as well.
Area = l x b

Count the square around the boundary.
Perimeter of Square = Area of rectangle = 8*16
