The picture in the square covers an area of \\(2.5cm^{2}\\). Find the correct match from the options given.
Find the area of the given shape.
Find the area of all the options given and choose the correct one. For example, The first option cannot work as it only has an area of \\(1cm^{2}\\)
Find the area of uncolored part by looking at the squares.
Two triangles (as shown in the question) will cover an area of \\(2cm^{2}\\)
Complete the shape to form a pentagon first. Then count the total number of full squares.
When a shape is reflected, its size does not change - the image just appears 'flipped'. Imagine keeping a mirror on the blue axis.
Half a square will have an area of \\(0.5cm^{2}. \\) Then add all squares together.
Complete the shape to form a triangle first. Then, count the small triangles included in it.
4 whole squares will be needed to cover the area of \\(4cm^{2}\\) and also given that each square has an area of \\(1cm^{2}\\). What will be the area of half-square?
